On the Shopping Cart, you can find the product description, price and shipping and delivery information.
The products will be automatically shipped once they become available. They will be delivered separately to ensure delivery as soon as possible.
You can send each product with a different address, and choose up until 5 different address per product.
In case you want your articles to be shipped and delivered together, you can select the single delivery option on the "Shopping cart"

Delivery times vary depending on the selected delivery address and the avaliability oof the items. May be required a signature at the time of delivery
You may also know the shipping rates, when you make the purchase, in the confirmation email or when you check your order status on the shopping cart tab in the online page.
After you have done the purchase by credit or debit card, you will receive an order confirmation email to corroborate your order details, including the shipping and delivery times for each item.
Once your item has been sent, you will receive an email notification of shipping information,about the shippment tracking and the delivery time selected. If your item correspnds to a gift or present, you must give us your email and NOT the recipient's one.
Make sure that the email indicated on the purchase is correct and has not been routed to the Junk mail-folder.
You may also track your items throught the order's status tab, 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
Delivery by carrier: In case you are not at home when you should receive your order, the carrier will leave you a notice. You may contact directly with the carrier company to schedule a new delivery time and date to receive your item, or even change your delivery address.
Postal Delivery: In case you are not at home at the delivery time, a notice ill be left with the corresponging data to withdraw your item. In most cases, you may withdraw your item at the post office corresponding to your area.
Check our order status tab for the most recent information about your item's status. If the delivery of your item was made by the postal service and you have not rececived it 5 days after shipping, please contact our Customer Support
